All proceeds from the event will go to the Strathmore Legion to help strengthen local programs, support veterans, and create meaningful community connections.

Your Duck Adoption Certificate

Every duck adoption comes with an official Duck Adoption Certificate!

After adopting your duck, you’ll receive a certificate that you can download and print at home.

It’s a great keepsake to remember your duck’s big race day and a fun way to show off your adopted racer.

Don’t forget you’ll also need to bring your certificate to pick up your duck(s) after the race.

Whether your duck finishes first or simply has a great time splashing down the course, your certificate celebrates your support and participation in this exciting event!

Corporate Ducks for Adoption

This adoption is for businesses in and around Strathmore.

Put your creativity to the test in the Dapper/Dazzling Dressed-up Duck Contest and compete in a race for the highly sought-after Golden Quack Award. It’s a unique opportunity to have fun, and spark conversations.

Dressed ducks will sit proudly on display for votes before the races begin. Get your vote in for your favourite!

Quack, Cheer, and Win!

We can’t wait to see you at the starting line!

When you adopt a duck, you’ll receive an Adoption Certificate with your duck number(s). Your duck will stay with the race team until race day (they’re busy training), so it won’t be given to you at the time of adoption.

After the race, bring your Adoption Certificate to the duck collection area to claim your adopted duck(s). Your certificate contains the duck number(s) needed to match you with your duck(s).

Don’t forget to keep your certificate safe—it’s your proof of adoption!
