After a thorough search for a new General Manager, the WID Board of Directors is pleased to announce that Sean Mascaluk has accepted the position.
Sean has been part of the WID team since 2020 as Executive Manager of Operations, and the Board is confident he will lead through the lens of the WID’s three Strategic Priorities – Water Security, Service Efficiency and Financial Stability.
“We’re running at an accelerated pace with our construction projects and with the potential of expanding our irrigation capacity,” commented Sean, “I am excited about what lies ahead for the District.”
Demonstrating commitment, professionalism and a strategic mind for future planning, Sean began the new role in late March. The Board is immensely appreciative to Sean and Donna Mitchel for co-leading on an interim basis for the past few months.
